For the past decade we have prided ourselves on having the best possible customer service.

Please select from the six choices below: 

BOOKING PROCEDURE   
(does not apply to bookings at our resident venues, where the hotel handles the booking for you)

Firstly - contact us for a quotation and info about the equipment/service you're interested in.

Then....

Once you have decided to proceed with the booking, follow the 5 steps below:
1)       Confirm with us your full requirements, along with delivery & invoice address details.


2)       A rental agreement and invoice are sent to you by post and/or email in PDF format if required.  Your reservation is held on a temporary 'pending deposit' basis for 7 working days only.
 

3)      You read, sign and return the agreement along with your £50GBP minimum deposit payment, within seven working days. (enclosing a cheque with your contract is still the most popular method).

 
4)      Only once your deposit payment and signed contract have been received back by us is the booking secured and registered on our system for equipment/personnel allocation.


5)      Your balance payment (less the £50GBP already paid) is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.
